200g Original Bifum
50ml soybean oil
2 teacups carrot (cut into half moon)
2 teacups broccoli (chopped)
1/2 teacup red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 teacup yellow bell pepper (chopped)
2 teacups cabbage (chopped in strips)
1/2 teacup of bacon (cut into small cubes)
150g beef (cut into thin strips)
150g chicken (cut into thin strips)
1 tablespoon ginger grated
FOR THE SAUCE
200ml english sauce
20ml sake for cooking
1 package Hondashi 30g (fish-based seasoning)
25ml of sesame oil
To taste: salt and monosodium glutamate
1 Hydrate the Original Bifum according to the orientation of the back of the package. Set aside.
2 In a wok pan, put the soybean oil and fry the ginger, the place the bacon, beff, chicken and as soon as they fry little, put the vegetables. Then, put the all the seasonings minus the sesame oil.
3 Finally add the Bifum and gently stir to avoid breaking the wires, after a few seconds drizzle with sesame oil.
