Brazilian Chicken Bifum Salad


200g Original Bifum
1 onion (cut into half moon)
1 apple cut into strips
1/2 bunch of celery (cut into thin strips)
400g shedded and seasoned chicken
2 lemons (juice)
2 teacups straw potato
8 tablespoons of mayonnaise
7 tablespoons olive oil
To taste: salt and monosodium glutamate

Original Bifum 200g

method of preparation

Hydrate the Original Bifum according to the orientation of the back of the package. Set aside.

In a large bowl, place the onion, celery, apple, shredded chicken and mayonnaise. Then season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and monosodium glutamate. Add the Original Bifum and lightly stir again.

Por último, adicione a batata palha.
