200g Original Bifum
1 chopped onion
2 tomatoes (diced into small cubes)
To taste: salt, monosodium glutamate, olive oil, vinegar or lemon and chopped parsley
1 Hydrate the Original Bifum according to the orientation of the back of the package. Set aside.
2 Add to the Bifum, onion, tomatoes cut into small cubes and season with salt, monosodium glutamate, olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar. Finally, sprinkle the parsley and serve.
